Terms of Service
What the service is and is not
StackProof is a personal supplement experiment tracker. It helps you organize baselines, active phases, and before-versus-after comparisons based on the information you log.
StackProof is not medical advice, is not a diagnostic tool, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. You are responsible for any decisions you make about your health, supplements, and treatment.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use StackProof only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the supplements you choose to take, the data you enter, and how you interpret your results. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, contact a medical professional immediately.
Subscription terms
StackProof may offer a free tier, a free trial of Pro features, and paid subscriptions. If you start a paid subscription, billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your device subscription settings. If you cancel, your paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period unless the store provider states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackProof and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health, medical, financial, or business losses arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date and post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of StackProof after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
